Send the inputs and units so the arithmetic can be checked.

A shared address

This is the existing verified public forwarding alias used for the free-tool portfolio. It is not a separate Fretmark mailbox. Include “Fretmark” in your subject so the tool is clear. There is no contact form, account or requirement to speak to anyone to use this site.

Useful details

Include the entered scale length, selected unit, number of frets, the row you are checking and the result you expected. You do not need to send an instrument serial number, personal address or private document. For email handling, see Privacy.

Scope of replies

This address is for site feedback and arithmetic corrections. Fretmark does not offer an instrument setup, repair or fabrication service. The guide’s limits explain the distinction between theoretical positions and actual string compensation.
